Shipping, returns & privacy
Every feeder is handmade by one person, so these are written the way Carla would explain them to you in person. If anything here doesn’t answer your question, send a message.
Shipping
When it ships: within 2–3 business days of your payment arriving. Each feeder is wrapped in bubble wrap and double-boxed, because porcelain deserves it.
Tracking: you’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your feeder is on its way.
Where we ship: within the United States.
Wrong address? Please double-check your address when you order. If a package comes back because the address was wrong, it can be re-sent once the extra postage is covered.
Returns & breakage
Arrived broken? Send a photo of the damage (and the box, if you can) within 48 hours of delivery, and it’ll be made right with a replacement or a full refund — your choice when a similar cup is available.
Changed your mind? Get in touch within 14 days of delivery. Send the feeder back unused, in its original packing, and you’ll get a refund for the feeder once it arrives safely. Return postage is paid by you.
Vintage character: these cups are thrifted and often decades old. Small crazing, worn gold or tiny marks from their first life are part of their story, not damage — anything more noticeable is shown in the photos.
Refunds go back the same way you paid (for example, back to your Venmo).
Privacy
What we collect: only what you give us — your name, email and message when you use the contact form; your name, email and shipping address when you buy; and your name and words if you leave a review.
What it’s used for: answering you, shipping your order, and sending you a link to review it. That’s all. Your details are never sold, rented or shared for advertising, and you won’t be added to a mailing list.
Payments happen in your own Venmo or banking app. No card or bank details are ever typed into this website.
Who else handles it: the website runs on Cloudflare, and emails are sent through EmailJS and Gmail. They handle your details only to run the site and deliver email. The site’s fonts come from Google Fonts, which sees your internet address the way any website you load does.
No tracking: this site has no ads, no tracking cookies and no analytics.
Reviews are kept privately for the shop and aren’t published on this website.
Your choice: you can ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you — just send a message. Order records are kept as long as the law requires for taxes; everything else is deleted when you ask.
Children: the shop is meant for adults and doesn’t knowingly collect details from anyone under 13.
